Bad experience, the room is not clean, lot of dust, all the bed dusty, the aircon in the bedroom has problem, its warm not even cold, they doesnt care they only check the aircon using remote, the air didnt feel cold, just normal fan. The amenities so bad, no microwave, overall it was bad experience, but becauae we cant do refund, we just stay till the end with grunt.

Spacious house, but indoor parking route a bit narrow for sedan car.. if mpv maybe become hassle to get to your designated parking space.. but sure, your can try ask their representative to give you parking space suitable for mpv.. Thanks Vivian for your hospitality.. Will repeat in the future..

This Mansion One is located at a nice location . Check in process was smooth and simple. Unit is clean. Spacious unit with nice sea view balcony. Overall, it is a pleasant stay. I don't find bad experiences with my stay.

The person (security) cannot communicate well. Please give the security a traing about service and hospitality. The way to take the card/key for the room is quite complicated. The password, is hard to implemented to the mail box, because hard to see the number. Hope you can improve youe service for better you. Thank you Regards
